Nice, I will definitely look into those for my Moras. Thanks for posting. So, did you have to order the extra part for your fire steel separately, or did it come with it? I guess I will just go and check out the site...

Yep, finally got a Woodsman after hearing people rave about it on Youtube. It's a really cool knife (looks hard to sharpen though).
I looked at the 510 MG but don't like the lack of a finger guard and the non-textures handle. I like the Clipper because there's a finger guard and textured rubber grip for a solid purchase.
Exactly what I looked for, thenk you for the tip.
But theres unfortunately no sheath for the Mora Miki...

Hi Jason, did the firesteel holder come with the sheath or was it sold seperately? I don't see it being sold separately at his store at the moment.

No, it didn't come with the sheath. In the video, that's a Light My Fire Scout that I've had for a while now; however, Chris does sell really cool Ferro rods on his site that you could order together with the Slida. Note: you will have to tell him you want the firesteel option added to your sheath.

I need to point out that the firesteel holder that Jason has is a prototype and the design is being reworked. The new design is not yet available but I expect them to be ready for order the first week in December.

Very cool product! I ordered mine after seeing Jason's review .I really enjoy my clipper but the stock sheath has gotta go!!! Thanks to Chris for a great product!I don't care for the neck knife config so I added some 550 cord and I wear it under my shoulder horizontal.So It never swings in the way.Thanks Jason for letting us know about the Slida!
Thanks for the heads up on the Slida sheath. There are also lots of folks making excellent custom kydex sheaths on knifeforums and bladeforums. Curious to know - which Moras do you currently own and which of them are your favorites? Which knife, Mora or other, do you use as your go-to hiking and backpacking knife now?

Do you have any recommendations for someone who missed the window on this sheath? I'd love to have a decent sheath to attach my Bushcraft to my Filson Strap Vest, but the awesome ones you reviewed are no longer available!

Those sheaths are perfect indeed. They houses the Mora knives very well. Do you have any sheath for a buck knife? I look forward to reading your reviews on a buck knife sheath as well.
